Challenge
Creating a comprehensive CRM system for distillery operations that handles complex inventory tracking (liquid-to-bottle conversions), dual-mode sales (retail and wholesale), and provides real-time business intelligence while maintaining regulatory compliance and audit trails.
Solution
Built a full-stack Next.js 15 application with Supabase for real-time database and authentication. Designed complex relational schema with 6 interconnected tables, implemented atomic transaction processing with rollback protection, and created a touchscreen-optimized POS interface for retail operations.
